Welcome to Wallverse. By accessing or using the Wallverse application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wallverse. By using the application, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

Wallverse allows users to upload, publish, and share wallpapers and other content.

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Wallverse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, process, distribute, optimize, and generate thumbnails of your content for operation of the service.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload.

You agree not to upload content that:

Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
Contains illegal material
Contains hate speech or harassment
Promotes violence or criminal activity
Contains sexually explicit material
Violates another person's privacy
Contains malware or harmful code

5. Community Guidelines

Users must interact respectfully with others.

Prohibited behavior includes:

Harassment
Threats
Spam
Impersonation
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of platform features

6. Moderation

Wallverse reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, restrict, or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Wallverse name, branding, logos, software, design, and platform features are owned by Wallverse or its licensors.

You may not:

Copy the application
Reverse engineer the application
Redistribute Wallverse software
Use Wallverse branding without permission

8. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Wallverse infringes your copyright, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the content.

9. Advertising

Wallverse may display advertisements through third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob.

By using the application, you acknowledge that advertisements are part of the service.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Abuse platform features
Create security risks for the platform or its users

Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wallverse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallverse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of Wallverse resides, without regard to conflict of law rules.
